Relación de principales suministros (OSR)
El licitador deberá haber realizado trabajos en el curso de los tres últimos años, correspondientes al mismo tipo o naturaleza al que corresponde el lote objeto del contrato, avalados por certificados de buena ejecución.
Patrimonio neto
Póliza de seguros de responsabilidad civil que cubra los riesgos derivados del ejercicio de la actividad empresarial, así como el compromiso de su renovación o prórroga que garantice el mantenimiento de su cobertura durante toda la ejecución del contrato. Requisito mínimo: la póliza deberá ser por un importe asegurado mínimo de 900.000,00 euros, y deberá cubrir la RC empresarial y profesional.
Volumen anual de negocios
El volumen global de negocios, referido al año de mayor volumen de negocio de los tres últimos años, al menos deberá ser superior a 30.000,00 euros.
Requisito
El licitador deberá contar con una estructura y organización empresarial, así como medios materiales que garanticen esa capacidad demostrable en la realización de la prestación objeto del contrato
