  The criterion for accrediting the economic and financial solvency shall be annual turnover in the best financial year of the last three available according to the dates of incorporation or start of business by the entrepreneur and submission of bids for an amount equal to or greater than at least 40.520,40€(amount of the contract budget) per year excluding VAT.
